<p>PURPOSE: A phase transition transformer of a multilevel high pressure inverter is provided to enable consecutive operation in a low powered state by connecting the output of the phase transition transformer of a normal state to entire power cells when the first side winding of one module is broken down. CONSTITUTION: A phase substitution transformer(51) comprises a first module(51a) and a second module(51b). The output of A1, A2 power cells(52a, 52b) is serially connected and outputs the a-phase voltage of a motor. The output of B1, B2 power cells is serially connected and outputs the b-phase voltage of a motor. The output of C1, C2 power cells(52e, 52f) is serially connected and outputs the c-phase voltage of a motor. The A1, B1, and C1 electricity cells receive the output of the first module. The A2, B2, and C2 electricity cells receive the output of the second module.
