PURPOSE: A conducting sensor is provided to improve managing efficiency of an electronic device by easily discriminating whether a wire connected to the electronic device is in a conducting state by using a luminescence lamp and to be not affected by a wire input direction by structuring a circulation core unit as a rotatable structure. CONSTITUTION: A conducting sensor comprises a base plate(10) which is formed as a flat board; a circulation core unit(20) which is rotatably coupled with the base plate by a hinge shaft(22) and in which a ferrite core is rolled; a wire insertion hole(21) which is penetrated and formed in the circulation core unit; and a luminescence lamp(30) which is equipped in one side of the circulation core unit and emits light when an induced voltage is generated in the ferrite core.
