The guardrail (1) has posts (2) fixed on respective plates (3). Planters (4a) for growing flower plants are provided between the posts and designed to be positioned transversely to the posts. Each planter includes fastening screws for fixing the planter against the posts, where the screws are inserted into bores formed on the posts. Each post includes a housing for containing water, where the housing includes an orifice connected with a water spraying nozzle. Each plate includes a slot for engaging lower part of the post. |
