PURPOSE: An ontology integrated framework providing method and a system thereof are provided to manage an instance level and a concept level of ontology for guaranteeing meaning relation effectiveness between data. CONSTITUTION: An ontology specification meta model managing unit(100) adds a class for managing instances to an inter-concept relation definition model. The ontology specification meta model managing unit manages an ontology specification meta model area for defining a correlation between a concept and an instance and instance management. A schema area managing unit(200) manages a schema area indicating a schema included in a system and an application. An instant area managing unit(300) manages an instance area in which an ontology composition value is stored.
