PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and a pneumatic tire manufactured with pneumatic tire for manufacturing an inner linear film are provided to prevent the damage of the junction in which the rubber of the carcass layer and the inner liner film. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire comprises next steps. A carcass layer(300) is laminated in the upper side of an inner liner film(310). A cylinder structure is welded of the cut sheet. A green tire is manufactured by molding a cylinder structure. An inner liner film is one selected from the group consisting of the resin composition of nylon6 and elastomer, and the resin composition of the resin composition of nylon6. The rubber is one selected from the acrylonitrile rubber, butyl rubber, the halobutyl rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, chloroprene rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and an isoprene rubber. |
