<p>A method for preparing a donor cornea for corneal transplantation provides the definition (110) of a cutting surface (T) of the donor cornea (8). A front surface (S A ) of the donor cornea (8) is shaped to obtain a target surface (S T ), defined on the basis of the cutting surface (T). Therefore, the donor cornea (8) is divided (170) along the cutting surface (T) in a first lamella (8a), defined between a rear surface (S P ) of the donor cornea and the cutting surface (T), and a second lamella (8b), defined between the target surface (S T ) of the donor cornea (8) and the cutting surface (T).</p> |
