PURPOSE: The manufacturing method of an edge frame is provided to enhance the strength of an edge frame, prevent material loss, and reduce a manufacturing cost of an edge frame by curving a band shaped metal plate, connecting both end parts, and manufacturing the edge frame to have a square frame shape. CONSTITUTION: A metal plate(100a) is cut into a length which is the same with a whole perimeter length of an edge frame(100) as a band shape. The cross section of the metal plate is firstly bent in an L shape in order to have a horizontal surface(105) and a vertical surface(106). Both end parts are connected after secondly bending the metal plate firstly bent into an L shape in order to form a square frame shape. |
