PURPOSE: A blue phosphor organic light emitting device of a minimum laminating structure is provided to secure an excellent blue phosphor device character and to be used for a thin flexible display. CONSTITUTION: An anode(20) is formed on a substrate(10). A light emitting layer(30) including a host thin film layer(31) and a phosphor layer(32) is formed on the anode. An electron transport layer(40) is formed on the light emitting layer. A cathode(50) is formed on the electron transport layer. The difference between the work function of the anode and the HOMO energy level of the light emitting layer is less than 1.0 eV. The difference between the LUMO energy level of the light emitting layer and the LUMO energy level of the electron transport layer is less than 1.0 eV.
