RUBBER COMPOSITE OF O-RING OF A FUEL SENSOR

PURPOSE: A rubber composition of O-ring of fuel sensors is provided to have resistance and oil resistance, and to have excellent cold resistance while having excellent pressure resistance. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition of O-ring of fuel sensors comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a fluorinated silicone rubber polymer with a hardness of 73-77 degree; and 1-3 parts by weight of methyl hydrogen silicon oil. The polymer is formed by blending a fluorine silicon rubber with the hardness of 70 degree and a fluorine silicon rubber with the hardness of 80 degree. The rubber composition additionally includes 1-5 parts by weight of a 2,5-dimethyl-2.5-di(t-butyproxy)hexanol based on 100.0 parts by weight of the polymer.
