PURPOSE: A biodegradation mulching film seed attachment automation device and a seed attachment method using thereof are provided to simultaneously coat an adhesive on a mulching film by cutting-out the mulching film for the seed attachment without the synchronization of a cut-out unit and an adhesive coating unit, thereby simplifying the process of the seed attachment and economically attaching seeds to the mulching film. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradation mulching film seed attachment automation device comprises an unwinder(10) winding a mulching film and storing the mulching film in a roll form; a transfer unit transferring the mulching film to a working area; a cut-out and adhesive coating unit forming multiple sprouting gaps simultaneously with coating an adhesive on the mulching film; a seed attachment unit(50) attaching seeds to the area coated with the adhesive; a rewinder(70) winding the mulch film attached with the seeds and storing the mulch film in a roll form; and a control unit controlling the unwinder, the transfer unit, the cut-out and adhesive coating unit, the seed attachment unit and the rewinder.
