<p>A system for inspecting an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), a method for inspecting the LCD, and a method for manufacturing the LCD are provided to perform auto-probe on only necessary LCD panels, thereby enabling a prompt inspection work, by performing an auto-probe on an LCD panel based on information inputted from respective manufacturing process lines of the LCD panel. An input unit(152) transmits inspection information about an LCD panel from respective process lines of the LCD panel. An analyzing unit(155) analyzes the inspection information inputted through the input unit. A determining unit(157) determines whether auto-probe is performed on the LCD panel, based on the result information of the analyzing unit. An auto-probe unit inspects the LCD panel according to determining result of the determining unit.</p> |
