<p>Cement plate with a density of 200-1000 kg/m 3>, obtained from a foamed cement slurry comprising at least cement; water; 0.01-5 mass% of water reducing agent, a plasticizer or superplasticizer; 0.45-5 mass% of a foaming agent; calcium salt soluble in water; and mineral particles with a size of 0.1-300 mu m, where the ratio of foaming agent on the soluble calcium salt in water is 0.3-0.8, is claimed. An independent claim is included for preparing the cement plate comprising (a) at least a step of contacting cement, water; 0.01-5 mass% of water reducing agent, a plasticizer or superplasticizer; 0.45-5 mass% of a foaming agent; calcium salt soluble in water; and mineral particles with a size of 0.1-300 mu m; (b) a step of introducing gas or foam; and (c) a step of forming the plate.</p> |
