METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR WELDING PROCESS QUALITY MANAGEMENT

PURPOSE: A welding process quality management method is provided to guarantee the welding process quality, thereby guaranteeing the quality of the power plant. CONSTITUTION: When the task for welding basic material alignment is good, a welding process quality management system(100) delivers a task order to preheat and weld to a welding terminal(400). When the task for preheating and the welding is good, the system determines whether or not the heat processing is necessary after the welding. When the task for the heat processing is good, the system delivers a task order for a non-destructive test to a non-destructive task terminal. When a defect for the non-destructive test is nonexistent, the system determines whether or not the residual stress measurement is necessary. When a residual stress measurement result is good, the system completes a welding task.
