AIR FILTER FOR FURNACE BLOWER AND AIR PULSING DEVICE FOR CLEANING THE AIR FILTER

PURPOSE: An air pulsing apparatus for cleaning an air filter of blast furnace fan and an air filter for blast furnace fan are provided to lead filter cloth to be cleaner after cleaning process by removing a particle from the filter cloth through constant pulsing and be used longer due to extended duration. CONSTITUTION: An air pulsing apparatus for cleaning an air filter of blast furnace fan comprises a pulsing apparatus(200), a flexible pipe(21), a ring-shaped injector(24) and an on-off valve(23). The flexible pipe is formed with the diameter of the pipe smaller than an opening part of an air filter blast furnace fan(100) and an opened frame. The flexible pipe is connected to a air header(22) and moves in the inside of a filter cloth(14) surrounding the opened frame. A ring-typed injector is fixed to the end of the flexible pipe. The ring-typed injector comprises several injecting parts along with a circular way so that pressured air is sprayed inside of the filter cloth. The on-off valve is fixed between the flexible pipe and the air header to control the suction of the pressured air. A pressure controller(25) which allow a user to notice the defect of the filter cloth by displaying the pressured air is supplied more on the flexible pipe.
