PURPOSE: An anti-glare film and an anti-glare composition for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent glare due to low reflection and reduce distortion in a high resolution display device. CONSTITUTION: An anti-glare preventing film is composed of a transparent base layer and an anti-glare preventing layer. The anti-glare preventing layer includes a filler and binder resin with lower refractive index than a transparent base layer. An anti-glare film has a reflection rate of 4% or less.
