摘要 PURPOSE: A deionizing apparatus and a method of recollecting metal ion are provided to improve absorption efficiency in the surface of an activated carbon plate, be efficient in recollecting a small amount of metal ion with increased voltage and easily obtain a highly recollected metal ion liquid. CONSTITUTION: A deionizing apparatus comprises more than two activated carbon boards, a forming plate for a passage and a selective transparent membrane. An external voltage enables more than two activate carbon boards to play a role as a positive or negative electrode. The forming plate for a passage is formed in the gap of the activated carbon boards and a fluid comprising a metal ion is moved. The selective transparent membrane is formed in the gap of the activated carbon boards playing a role as the positive or negative electrode and pass metal ions. The metal ion is chosen from a rare metal ion group comprising lithium ion, titanium ion, vanadate ion, uranium ion, cobalt ion, boron ion, rubidium ion, strontium ion and molybdenum ion. The activated carbon board is chosen from carbon aerogel, a carbon nanotube, active carbon fiber cloth, activation carbon fiber woven, active carbon fiber nonwoven fabric and activated carbon powder molded body.
