The assembly has a stem, and a sole (2) that is fixed at the stem. A set of clamp holes is arranged for removable fixing of a set of projections of a part of the sole for forming a platform before a heel (8) or compensated heel. The set of holes is arranged on front and back parts of an external surface of the stem. Each of the clamp holes presents a groove for insertion of the set of projections in front of the heel or the compensated heel.
