BEZEL FRAME OF DISPLAY PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A slim type bezel frame for a display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to assemble the slim type bezel frame with excellent bond strength, shorten the time required for bonding in comparison to the time required for welding and prevent a light leakage phenomenon at a corner section using a bracket by firmly bonding the corner section of a horizontal member and a vertical member which composes of a slim type bezel frame without applying an existing welding method, thereby improving the quality of the products which uses the display panel. CONSTITUTION: A slim type bezel frame for a display panel is composed of a horizontal panel and a vertical panel which are bonded at a corner section. The horizontal panel has a horizontal base extension part extended from a horizontal base in a width direction and a second horizontal rib(114) extended from the horizontal base extension part in parallel with a horizontal rib, which forms a horizontal insertion groove(115) between the horizontal rib and the second horizontal rib. The vertical member has a vertical base extension part extended from a vertical base to the width direction and a second vertical rib(124) extended from the vertical base extension part in parallel with a vertical rib, which forms a vertical insertion groove(125) between the vertical rib and the second vertical rib. A bracket(130) having a fit shape for the corner section of the horizontal member and the vertical member is inserted into the horizontal insertion groove and the vertical insertion groove. The horizontal member and the vertical member are bonded at the corner section by an insertion of the bracket.
