PURPOSE: A producing method of graphene having improved hydrophobicity, the graphene, and a nanocomposite material using the same are provided to obtain the graphene nanocomposite material with maximized dispersion of the graphene. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of graphene comprises the following steps: exfoliating a graphite oxide to obtain the graphene; dispersing the graphene in a solvent; and applying fatty acid with 6-30 carbons, and an epoxy ring-opening reaction catalyst to the solvent with the graphene for reacting. The graphene is a mixture of single layer graphene and multi layer graphene, and the average surface area of the graphene is 200-2,600m^2/g. The fatty acid is a linear chain with 10-20 carbons. The epoxy ring-opening reaction catalyst is an acid catalyst, an alkali catalyst, or a chelate catalyst.
