PURPOSE: A seal structure by a differential gear is provided to prevent the working fluid of the case of an automatic transmission from leaking to the outside from an insertion penetration hole due to a seal which is pressure welded at sleeve and the outer periphery of a sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A side gear(7) includes a gear part(71) and a shaft part(75). The side gear includes a penetration hole(73) inside. The penetration hole is formed along the rotation center axis X. A diameter extension part(74) is installed at the end of the gear part. A sealing member(20) of a cap shape is mounted in the inside of the diameter extension part. The sealing member is integrally formed with the diameter extension part. The shaft part is formed in the length of L1 which reaches the inside of Diametric direction of a support shaft part(22). The shaft part is connected to a cylindrical sleeve(30). A penetration hole(32) at the center of the sleeve is formed with the inner diameter matched with the inner diameter of the penetration hole of the shaft part. A sleeve side combination part(31) and a side gear combination part(76) are positioned at the connection part of the sleeve and the shaft part of the side gear.
