PURPOSE: A diffusion fire extinguisher is provided to have a sealing leak alarm which notifies the user visually or aurally by operating the alarm in case the compressed air is leaked. CONSTITUTION: A diffusion fire extinguisher built-in with a sealing leak alarm comprises a main body(100) which contains fire extinguishment fluid and is filled with compressed air; a valve(200) which is formed with a charge unit for charging compressed air to the main body, and includes a jet nozzle spraying the fire extinguishment fluid in fire; a housing(300) which is formed with a first housing connector connecting to the main body on one side, and a second housing connector connecting to the outside on the other side; a moving part(400) connecting the first housing connector and the second housing connector in case the compressed air within the main body is under a predetermined pressure; and an alarm signal unit(600) which is formed on the other side of the housing in order to generate the alarm signal by the compressed air leaking to the outside within the main body.
