PURPOSE: A rolling mill facility capable of removing a side scale is provided to perform descaling on the upper, lower, front, rear, and sides of a slab extracted from a furnace, thereby efficiently preventing the defective surface of a thick plate during a rolling process. CONSTITUTION: A rolling mill facility capable of removing a side scale includes a body(1), a first high pressure spray unit and a second high pressure spray unit(200). The movement route(a) of a slab(10) is formed on the body. The first high pressure spray unit is arranged on the upper and lower part of the body with the movement route as a boundary, wherein the cleaning water provided from the outside is jetted on the upper and lower side of the slab at a high degree of pressure. The second high pressure spray unit is arranged on the left and right side of the body as the movement route as a boundary, wherein the cleaning water provided from the outside is jetted in both sides of the slab at the high degree of pressure.
