PURPOSE: A dome type camera and a traffic observation method are provided to photograph and monitor a plurality of regions by installing two cameras inside. CONSTITUTION: A body(20) is fixed and installed to predetermined height. The body is formed to have a cover(40) with a shape of dome facing downward surrounding an internal space. A first camera(52) and a second camera(54) are installed apart in the internal space of the body. A support member is installed in the internal space and adjusts an angle of the first camera and the second camera. A left and right adjustment unit(62) is installed in the internal space of the body and adjusts the left and right angles. A support device(64) is integrally formed in the lower part of a main board(622) of the left and right adjustment unit.
