摘要 PURPOSE: Apparatus and method for producing synthesis gas by pyrolysis gasifying waste tangerine are provided to use exhaust gas discharged from a drying furnace as fluidizing gas of a gasifier for increasing the productivity of bio-oil. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for producing synthesis gas by pyrolysis gasifying waste tangerine by a drying fluidized bed method includes a rotary kiln type drier(20), a gas discharging tube(24), a gasifier(30), a cyclone(40), a heat exchanger(50), a generated gas discharge pipe(60), a fluidizing gas supply tube(70), and a steam supply pipe(80). The rotary kiln type drier includes inner and outer containers(21, 22), and dries the waste tangerine using combustion heat. The gas discharging tube discharges the combustion gas from the outer container. The gasifier includes a pyrolysis chamber, a mixing chamber and a bubble cap spreader plate. The gasifier receives waste tangerine pellets, and pyrolyzes and gasifies the pellets to obtain oil and synthesis gas. The cyclone separates the gas and solid parts from the synthesis gas. The heat exchanger separates the oil from the synthesis gas using an oil collector(51).
