PURPOSE: A method for fabricating non-woven fabrics is provided to minimize the use of 1,4-butane diol and to easily fabricate non-woven fabric without additional yarns of low melting point. CONSTITUTION: A non-woven fabric with elastic recovery rate contains elastic conjugate fibers fabricated with 40-80 mm of elastic polyester(100) and 50-90 mm of general polyester(200). The elastic polyester is prepared using terephthalic acid(TPA) and isophthalic acid(IPA) as diacid and ethylene glycol(EG), 1,4-butanediol(1,4-BD), and polytetramethylene glycol(PTMG) as diol. The weight ratio of the elastic polyester and general polyester is 30:70-70:30. |
