<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining control method of a machine tool, capable of performing three-dimensional machining for a workpiece by the turning process having high efficiency of machining. <P>SOLUTION: In this machining control method of the machine tool comprising: a spindle to which a chuck means for holding the workpiece is mounted; a support table to which a machining tool is attached; a first support mechanism for movably supporting the spindle in a first direction; and a second support mechanism movably supporting the support table in a second direction, test cut machining is applied to the workpiece using a test cut machining program prepared on the basis of a target shape value in a test cut machining process S3, and the machined shape of the workpiece after the test cut machining is measured. When a machining error between the measured machined shape value and the target shape value is smaller than a predetermined tolerance value, the test cut machining program is used as a production machining program. When the machining error is larger than the predetermined tolerance value, the test cut machining program is corrected while taking into account of cutting resistance during the test cut machining. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
