PURPOSE: A smart key terminal capable of indicating the direction to the location of a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to guide the parking direction of a vehicle through the lighting of multiple light emitting diodes which accurately indicate. CONSTITUTION: A smart key terminal capable of indicating the direction to the location of a vehicle comprises a communication unit(200), a coordinate receiver(300), a vehicle direction indicator(400), and a control unit(500). The communication unit communicates with the vehicle. The coordinate receiver receives current location information. The vehicle direction indicator indicates the direction. The control unit communicates with the vehicle through the communication unit on the current location information, grasps the direction to the location of the vehicle, and controls the vehicle direction indicator to indicate the direction.
