PURPOSE: Hologram printed matter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to connect various functions of a hologram to printed matter by forming the hologram on a QR(Quick Response) code or a barcode. CONSTITUTION: A hologram printed matter comprises a printed unit(100b) including a QR(Quick Response) code and a background part(100a) supporting the printed unit. The hologram printed matter includes a base sheet(110), a background layer(130), a printing layer(140), and a light guide plate(150). A hologram image unevenness part(133) is formed on the surface of the background layer. The printing layer is formed on the surface of the background layer.
