Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are a method, device and system for establishing connection with a device to device (D2D) terminal, the method comprising: a first user equipment (UE) transmits a preamble to an eNB; the first UE receives a random access response message transmitted by the eNB in response to the preamble; the first UE transmits a second UE identifier to the eNB, the second UE being the D2D communication target of the first UE; the first UE receives the D2D link configuration parameter and RRC connection configuration parameter of the first UE returned from the eNB in response to the second UE identifier; the first UE establishes a D2D connection with the second UE based on the D2D link configuration parameter of the first UE, and establishes an RRC connection with the eNB based on the RRC connection configuration parameter.
