<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector device and an operation detection method capable of achieving a variety of functions by detecting operations on a projected image without using a special input device. <P>SOLUTION: A projector device comprises: a projector unit 2 that projects a projection image onto a screen; a stereo camera 3 that images an image range including a screen onto which a projection image is projected; and a control device 4. The control device 4 comprises: distance image generating means 41 that generates a distance image in the image range on the basis of two images output from two image pick-up elements of the stereo camera 3; input part detecting means 43 that detects an object present in a prescribed range of distance from the screen onto which a projection image is projected on the basis of the distance image, as an input part performing an operation input to the projection image; and analyzing means 46 that analyzes the input operation to the projection image on the basis of the position or motion of the detected input part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
