OPTICAL SCANNER AND IMAGE FORMATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high picture quality by preventing the vibration of a mirror and making an adjustment mechanism for the reflection surface of the mirror effectively function.

SOLUTION: An optical scanner includes a mirror 42 having a reflection surface 45 to reflect a laser beam emitted from a light source 33, and adjustment mechanisms 43 and 44 that displace the mirror 42 in a direction orthogonal to the reflection surface 45 and adjust the position of the reflection surface 45. The optical scanner includes vibration-proofing elastic members 47 and 61 interposed between a surface of the mirror 42 orthogonal to the reflection surface 45 and a member 54 arranged on the circumference of the mirror 42.
