<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use method for a cutter by storing a tagging device normally while attaching importance to a normal use and taking out the tagging device as required since the primary function of the cutter is impaired when the tagging device is placed on the cutter all times to form a non-adhesive tag on an adhered adhesive tape so that the adhesive tape can be conveniently peeled off easily. <P>SOLUTION: The tagging device is taken out by unlocking if a tag is required. An adhesive tape is stuck to a cutter blade and a projection plate and cut out, and the cutter blade is pinched to reduce a distance between itself and the projection plate. The spring of the cutter blade is made weaker than the cutter thereof to move the cutter blade so as to be tiltable along an oval guide groove at the start of pinching so that the adhesive tape can always be curved upward utilizing an effect that the adhesive tape is stuck to the projection plate and the cutter blade. The cutter blade is further pinched to move the cutter section to the final position, and the adhesive tape is folded back while being bent upward, and the adhesive faces thereof are joined to each other so that a non-adhesive tag can be formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
