PURPOSE: A touch panel including a conductive pattern is provided to laminate a transparent substrate which has a conductive pattern including an area of which the opening ratio is different, thereby improving a penetration ratio, a concealment property, and the uniformity of the conductive pattern. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive substrate includes a first transparent substrate and a first conductive pattern which is on the first transparent substrate. A second conductive substrate includes a second transparent substrate and a second conductive pattern which is on the second transparent substrate. The second conductive substrate is laminated on the first conductive substrate. The first conductive pattern includes an A area and a B area between which the opening ratio difference is over 0.5%. The second conductive pattern includes a C area, which is overlapped in the A area, and a D area, which is overlapped in the B area.
