<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus or the like capable of correcting a magnification of a main scanning direction while suppressing the disturbance of an image to be formed. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 1 comprises: a light emitting element head 14 having a screen processing means, a photosensitive drum 12, a charging unit 13 charging the photosensitive drum 12, a first light emitting element row composed of light emitting elements, a second light emitting element row composed of light emitting elements and arranged so as to partially be overlapped with the first light emitting element row in the sub-scanning direction, and an optical element which exposes the photosensitive drum 12 by image-forming light and forms a static latent image; a developer 15 which develops the static latent image and forms a toner image; and a light quantity setting part which sets light quantities of light from the light emitting elements. The image forming apparatus is also characterized in that an interval between the light emitting elements of the first light emitting row of the light emitting head 14 and an interval between the light emitting elements of the second light emitting row differ from each other in an overlapped portion, and the light quantity setting part sets the light quantities of the light emitting elements in the overlapped portion according to a screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
