<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily adjust the alignment of liquid droplet ejection head module. <P>SOLUTION: A method for adjusting alignment of liquid droplet includes: forming a specific pattern for detecting alignment by ejecting the liquid droplet to the same ejection position using each liquid droplet ejection head; calculating each brightness in each specific region by optically reading the formed pattern for detecting the alignment and calculating each reflectance in the different specific regions from a reading result; and adjusting the alignment in a rotational direction in a nozzle surface based on a brightness difference in each specific calculated region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
