<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system which can reduce the input frequency of a user ID and the like at ID authentication and also enhance flexibility in screen designing. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal 20 comprises: a first processing unit 23 which is connected to a first authentication server 12, and displays an authentication page including an image size corresponding to a predetermined image and URL information on a display unit 21; and a second processing unit 24 which specifies a URL included in an authentication page as an address, transmits an authentication key to a second authentication server 13 by an authentication application AP2, and requests the acquisition of the predetermined image. The second processing unit 24 transmits the predetermined image transmitted from the second authentication server 13 to the first processing unit 23 by the authentication application AP2. The first processing unit 23 compares the image size of the predetermined image transmitted from the second processing unit 24 with the image size corresponding to the predetermined image included in the authentication page, and determines whether the authentication application AP2 is authentic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
