A proxy apparatus for group messaging at a mobile terminal in the autonomous network includes an acquiring device, configured to acquire a message and the identifiers of multiple mobile terminals to which the message is to be sent; a transmitting device, configured to transmit a message via the autonomous network to one or more mobile terminals in the autonomous network; and a message aggregating device, configured to generate an aggregate message, the aggregate message containing a message and identifiers of multiple mobile terminals to which the message is to be sent, wherein the transmitting device is further configured to send the aggregate message generated by the message aggregating device to a base station of mobile terminals.
