The invention pertains to a compound shown by the formula (I) and a process for the manufacture thereof. (In the formula, Ax represents an organic group having 2-30 carbon atoms having at least one aromatic ring of an aromatic hydrocarbon ring and aromatic heterocycle, and Ay represents a hydrogen atom, alkyl group having 1-18 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl group, alkenyl group having 2-18 carbon atoms, organic group having 2-30 carbon atoms having at least one aromatic ring selected from aromatic hydrocarbon rings and aromatic heterocycles, or the like. Ax and Ay may also together form a ring. Q represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms, or the like).
