The present invention relates to a linear amplifier and a multistage linear amplifier. The linear amplifier according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a common source transistor, the gate of which is connected to an input node; a first common gate transistor connected to the common source transistor in a cascode form and having a drain thereof connected to an output node; and a second common gate transistor connected to the first common gate transistor in parallel and having a gate thereof connected to the input node and a drain thereof connected to the output node, to thereby improve the overall linearity of the linear amplifier.
