<p>An automatic control device for corrugated machine clutch comprises a clutch torque output disk (1). A connection positioning base (11) is disposed on the clutch torque output disk (1). A roller torque input disk (5) is disposed on the clutch torque output disk (1). A connection positioning groove (6) is provided on the roller torque input disk (5). The roller torque input disk (5) is sleeved on the connection positioning base (11) of the clutch torque output disk (1) through the connection positioning groove (6). Two ends of the roller torque input disk (5) corresponding to the connection positioning groove (6) are each provided with a positioning notch (14). A signal output rod (2) is disposed in the connection positioning groove (6). An end of the signal output rod (2) extending into connection positioning groove (6) is mounted on the connection positioning base (11) through a clutch torque output block (4), and the other end of the signal output rod (2) extending into connection positioning groove (6) is located in the positioning notch (14). A rod body of the signal output rod (2) located in the connection positioning groove (6) is sleeved with a spring (3). The structure is simple and compact, is convenient to mount and use, reduces the repair cost, improves the repair efficiency, prolongs the service life of the clutch, is highly automatic, and is safe and reliable.</p> |
