Provided is a window film which has an adhesive layer that is not easily deteriorated during use for a long period of time and that contains an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer as a main component, said window film being not susceptible to the occurrence of appearance defects when bonded to a transparent substrate. A window film (20) which comprises a transparent film (12) and an adhesive layer (11) arranged on one surface of the transparent film and which is characterized in that the adhesive layer (11) is a coating layer of an adhesive layer-forming liquid that contains an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an organic peroxide and a solvent and that a recessed and projected pattern (19) having an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of 0.1-10.0 mum (in accordance with JIS-B0601 (2001)) is arranged on a surface of the adhesive layer (11), said surface being on the reverse side from the transparent film (12)-side surface.
