PURPOSE: A knowledge management providing method through the common production of knowledge by using a social network and a knowledge management system through the common production of knowledge by using the social network are provided to perform the evaluation of data in the social network, to improve a numerical value of the professionalism of the data according to the evaluation, and to reward users performing the evaluation. CONSTITUTION: A knowledge management system shares contents registered by a user in a personal connection group for common knowledge production with other users in the personal connection group. If the evaluation of general knowledge data received from users of a social network satisfies a predetermined standard, the system converts the general knowledge data into expertise waiting data. If the evaluation of the expertise waiting data received from knowledge experts satisfies the predetermined standard, the system converts the expertise waiting data into expertise data to share the expertise data in the social network.
