PURPOSE: A user terminal for lamp control electric work electronic trade is provided to drastically reduce material costs and personnel expenses by removing pipes and wires connecting the flasher of a lamp through controlling a lamp flickering function to be wirelessly operated in electric work. CONSTITUTION: A lamp control device(100) moves a lamp or converts the lighting direction of the lamp. A user terminal(70) wirelessly transmits a movement control signal driving a moving motor and a rotation control signal driving a rotary motor. A user PC(210) is used for requesting the installation of a lamp control device at a corresponding place. The user PC transmits a control signal, which is turning on and off the lamp, to the lamp control device through a communication network(220). An electric work management server(230) provides a lamp control program to the user PC through the communication network.
