<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a bayonet engagement part for attaching an accessory around a lens barrel and to provide a rotation operation member around the lens barrel. <P>SOLUTION: An operation ring 300 freely attached and detached to and from a mount base 203 provided in a main body of an electronic still camera 101 by bayonet engagement includes an operation ring member 301, a first ring member 302 having a groove part 302c and freely attached and detached to and from the mount base 203, a second ring member 305 engaged with the operation ring member 301, and a rotation lock member 303 disposed in the first ring member 302.
