<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instep protector hardly transmits shock or a heavy load of a falling object to the instep protector by making the falling object easily move along a surface of the instep protector. <P>SOLUTION: The curved and plate-like instep protector to be mounted to an instep part of a shoe is provided with a tip part formed so as to form a gentle arc shape over a horizontal direction and a ridge line part around a center of an upper surface of the instep protector from the tip part to an end edge of the rear side. The angle formed of right and left side walls centering the ridge line part is formed so as to be gradually narrower toward the rear part, and a projecting strip along the ridge line part is provided on a back surface of the instep protector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
