<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling a coal charging amount for each coke oven kiln, capable of securing the stability of operation and improving the productivity by properly controlling the coal amount charged to an individual carbonization chamber. <P>SOLUTION: The method of controlling the coal charging amount for each coke oven kiln to control the coal charging amount based on a coal charging amount indicated value to each coke oven kiln includes: a first step of calculating the coal charging amount indicated value, in which the coal charging amount indicated value is calculated based on an effective internal volume change of the kiln; and a second step of calculating the coal charging amount indicated value, in which the coal charging amount indicated value calculated by the first step of calculating the coal charging amount indicated value is corrected based on a property change of coal to be charged to obtain a final coal charging amount indicated value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
