<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve permeability of a curable composition into a decorative sheet at impregnation, improve interlaminar strength of a finished product, and improve appearance and stainproofness of molded articles by suppressing flowability of the resin at the molding. <P>SOLUTION: The prepreg is obtained by: heating a curable composition solid at normal temperature and containing a radically polymerizable crystalline oligomer as principal ingredient, melting it, and then impregnating it in decorative paper for a decorative sheet; and irradiating the obtained impregnated paper with an active energy ray. An electron beam is used as the active energy ray. The decorative sheet is obtained by laminating the prepreg with a core material; and thermally pressing the obtained laminate for molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
