<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge product generator improved in workability and assemblability of the discharge product generator with countermeasures taken against radiated interfering waves. <P>SOLUTION: The discharge product generator is provided with a body case 2 in which an outlet port 3 and an inlet port 4 are provided, an air blasting means 11 which is arranged in the inside of the case 2 to send air from the inlet port 4 to the outlet port 3, a discharge product generating means provided in the air trunk of downstream side of the air blasting means 11, and a control substrate 13 to control the discharge product generating means and the air blasting means 11, wherein the body case 2 is configured to be a vertically divided longitudinal construction of the front case 7 and the rear case 8, the inside of the body case 2 is provided with a shield sheet 5 having one side face of an electrically conductive material and the other face of an insulation material, and the shield sheet 5 is used to cover the discharge product generating means to improve the assemblability and workability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
