<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide an information processing device, etc., whereby: an alternative plan being an alternative to an application is suggested to an applicant, even if circumstances have arisen whereby the initial application cannot be accepted; and the applicant can readily apply using the alternative plan. The information processing device, etc., ascertains the content of the initial application from the received transmission data, and, if a determination is made that the relevant application cannot be accepted, creates response data including transmission destination information for which an alternative plan for the relevant application can be identified, and sends the created response data to the transmission source of the transmission data.</p> |
