A light control device, method and an illumination device, wherein the light control device comprises an instruction receiving module (10) for receiving the control command message sent from a user; a processing module (20) for modulating the control instruction contained in the control command message so that a modulated control instruction is obtained, wherein an object ID is carried in the control instruction; and an emitting module (30) for emitting the modulated control instruction to the illumination device, so that only at least one illumination device identified by the object ID responds to the control instruction, wherein each illumination device has one ID. The illumination device comprises a receiving module (10') for receiving the control instruction sent from the light control device, wherein an object ID is carried in the control instruction; a determination module (20') for determining whether the object ID carried in the control instruction received by the receiving module (10') is identical to the ID saved in local; an executing module (30') for responding to the control instruction when the extermination result of the determination module (20') is identical. The device and method for light control are capable to control the light of a certain illumination device individually, as well as centralized control the light of a plurality of illumination devices under the condition of multiple lamps, which have high accuracy.
